When will my order be shipped?
All orders have a processing time of 1-5 business days. During that time period, your items will be given to the post office and you will receive a tracking number via the email you’ve provided.
This processing time does not apply for the reshipment of packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Packages under that category cannot be reshipped until the original package has made its way back to us. This will be longer than the 5 business day period.
I entered an incomplete address. What should I do?
Due to the nature of postage, we do not offer refunds of shipping for packages where the buyer entered an incorrect/ incomplete address.
We will not assume the financial responsibility if the incorrect or incomplete address is entered when ordering. We cannot alter addresses after an order is placed as this is not in compliance with PayPal's Seller Protection Program. If we are notified via PayPal that an address is invalid, we will automatically refund said order.
If the item has been returned to Nail’d by Nya LLC via USPS you have two options:
1.) You can purchase the RESHIPPING FEE of $8 to have your items reprocessed and shipped within the 1-5 business day period.
2.) You can purchase the RESTOCKING FEE of $10 to cover the cost of restocking the items, receive a refund (minus the $10 fee) , and opt to not receive your items.
Our policy is to allow all USPS packages up to 14 business days to be delivered before proceeding with a refund to the payment method. USPS, as any shipping company, may have the occasional mixups with package sorting and delivery times. In addition, busy times such as Black Friday, the holiday season, or our annual summer sale can result in slower times. We cannot control when or how your package is moved as we do not work with USPS. We just ask that you try to give the company time to process your packages and get them safely to you. These incidents rarely happen, but if they do, please note that we will allow a full 14 days before turning over any refunds. We accept zero responsibility for extended wait times for shipping on behalf of USPS, or any shipping company used. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. Once the items have been shipped and delivered, we are unable to differentiate between products that are unopened and those that have been used. Please be sure to pick the correct items before placing your order.
Mistakes happen, and we are humans packing dozens of orders on shipment days. While we apologize for the inconveimve missing products may cause, we do have a solution for you! Please reach out to us via email, firstname.lastname@example.org, within 7 business days with a picture of your original printed invoice, the items you did receive, and any necessary information you think we may need. From there, we will investigate within 48 hours and will likely process additional items to be sent.
All packages are shipped using within the United States of America will be sent via USPS. All packages under one pound are sent via USPS’ First Class mailing services and are estimated to arrive within 2-5 business days. All packages over one pound are sent via USPS’ Priority Mail mailing services and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days. All orders over $100 receive signature confirmation upon delivery. Please be sure someone is home to sign for your order. All orders are given a respective tracking number.
By law, all orders including our monomer must be sent via ground shipping services within the United States only. These packages may be sent via USPS Ground Shipping or UPS Ground service. Monomer cannot be shipped internationally. Being that monomer is a highly flammable liquid, we must abide. Ground shipping services can take 2-14 business days for delivery. Ground shipping services are considered the least prioritized of shipped packages via USPS. In rare cases, ground shipping packages can take up to 14 business days to populate tracking updates. This is out of the control of NAIL'D BY NYA LLC. Please be aware of this before adding monomer to packages you want urgently.
Packages sent internationally can be sent via DHL Express, UPS Worldwide Expedited®, or UPS Worldwide Saver®. The pricing and shipping times are generated directly from the shipping companies. Nail’d by Nya does not assume responsibility for any shipping fees, customs fees, or additional import fees sometimes associated with international orders. All of these potential fees are the responsibility of the Customer. All international orders are given respective tracking numbers.
As long as your order has not been shipped, we accept cancellations for any reason within 24 hrs of purchase. Contact us at email@example.com to facilitate any cancellations. Please be aware that some colors may vary on certain monitors.
